I have been public speaking for over the last 9 years. And I believe that all of my life experiences have divinely brought me to where I am now. I'm a certified Clinical Sexologist, creator and owner of the coaching practice, Pleasure Roots, and the sacred host of the Sexual Sanctuary membership. In the last year, I've held dozens of virtual and in-person sacred spaces for women. I believe that being a good facilitator means making things easier for participants and that's what I aim to do by combining playfulness and humor with comprehensive sex education to create unique, experiential workshops!

Bodysex Retreat & Workshop
For those who are following along with me, you know there is a part of me that LOVES being in the nude. Bodysex is a retreat that I help out with once or twice a year where women get together, naked, and talk openly about how we feel about our bodies and our sexuality. In this retreat, we take a hands-on approach to learning about our beautiful bodies and the importance of finding and following the gentle pull of pleasure.
This type of retreat is not for faint-hearted and has honestly, changed my life. It is because of Bodysex (and Betty Dodson) that I am on this path of sexual liberation and to someday, too, become a facilitated Bodysex Facilitator.
Amy, the lead facilitator, is a wonderful, gentle human being. I met her two years ago at a Wheel of Consent workshop and have enjoyed each moment where I get to not only work alongside her (this will be my fourth Bodysex retreat with her), but witness how she leads and holds space for others.
